The weekend

Composed acrossthree quiet days.

Most weddings here run a three-day shape — Friday's welcome, Saturday's main, Sunday's slow breakfast. We compose around that without insisting on it.

Day 01 · Friday

The arrivaland the welcome.

The wedding party checks in across the afternoon. A welcome cellar gathering at the bar from six, with a small charcuterie from the kitchen — no formal speeches, just first hellos. Dinner at the restaurant on long shared tables; cellar pours, no surcharge for the regional list.

14:00Wedding-party rooms ready · concierge introductions
17:00Spa appointments for the bridal party (added programme)
18:00Cellar gathering — sparkling, charcuterie, no speeches
20:00Long-table dinner · restaurant · regional pours included
Day 02 · Saturday

The ceremonyand the long evening.

Ceremony in the courtyard or on the lawn (rain plan in the Refectory; we don't charge for the contingency). Cocktails on the terrace as the room turns; the Refectory opens for dinner at seven. A coffee bar from ten; a small after-hours spread of bites for the slow exit.

15:30Ceremony · courtyard or lawn · seated for sixty, standing to one-fifty
16:00Cocktail hour · terrace · regional cocktails from the bar
17:30The room turns · guests escorted to the Refectory
19:00Long-table dinner · five courses · sommelier pours
21:30Speeches & the slow dance · acoustic by default
22:30Coffee bar · after-hours bites · soft close at one
Day 03 · Sunday

Slow breakfast,then home.

Late check-out as standard. A long brunch in the restaurant, set across two hours so guests come down at their own pace. A small "thank you" pack at reception — a Mortar & Pestle bag of beans for the road, a single Orange chardonnay, a hand-written note from the couple.

09:00Long brunch · restaurant · until eleven
12:00Late check-out · luggage held at reception
13:30Optional cellar walk before the drive home
15:00Property reset · gathering closes
Three venues, one floor

Choose the room,not the package.

Every ceremony venue has a contingency room. We don't charge to switch on the day — a Refectory ceremony is as graceful as a courtyard one in rain.
